One big shortcoming that many peoples has today is procrastination. Because of these reasons, procrastinations become a big habits for many peoples. To solve this shortcoming, there is many simple solutions. One way is to make a clear schedule and break big tasks into small pieces, so it dont feel too hard anymore. Another solution is to turn off distractions like phones when doing important works, so the brain can focus better. Peoples should also give themself small rewards when they finish a part of the task, so they feel more motivated to continue. If they follow these steps, they can slowly reduce procrastination in their lifes.
